New students can join the P.T.S. courses at any time before they take their examination. All posted course sessions can be accessed through the date of the examination. Of course, the earlier students start to prepare, the more time they will have to work through all of the materials - more than once - and position themselves to have a "Lucky Saturday" that puts them at the top of their promotional list.
